Medical Guarantee for Your New PuppyTeacup Pup Corp. would like to offer a medical guarantee on your new puppy. With only $10 co pay for any medications prescribed by our veterinarians and as long as your puppy is vaccinated by our staff according to our recommended schedule, we will provide free health care until your puppy is twelve months of age. This offer does not include well puppy visits, vaccinations, elective surgery, accidental injury, heart worm or flea & tick prevention. In addition, if your pet is vaccinated yearly at our clinic, heart worm checked, and on preventive medication, we will offer a 6 months medical guarantee from the date of vaccination. This wil be effective until your dog is 5 years of age. To activate this offer, the puppy must be examined within 3-5 days of purchase in the office of one of the following veterinary clinics that we are affiliated with.
